I have been in the real Estate Business for 30 years.
I have a bachelors degree in Marketing from Bowling Green State University. I obtained my Real Estate License in 1977, Brokers License in 1981, Multi Million Dollar Club Presidential Sales Award Club, 1994 Ashtabula County “Broker of the Year”, Past President Board of Realtors for Ashtabula County, Decorated Viet Nam Veteran. Married for 38 years and have a son and daughter and 4 grandchildren. I have lived in Ashtabula County for 60 years.

I graduated from Kent State University with a Bachelors Degree in Political Science. Graduated from Realtor Institute. I have been a Realtor since 1972. I have been in the construction business since 1977. I am a life long resident of Ashtabula County. Growing up with a father who was a realtor for Miller Realty and a mother who was a teacher. I reside in Jefferson with my wife and two children.

Licensed since 1972, Bob started out with Jim David Realty in Jefferson selling farms
and acreage. In 1975, Bob started his own agency, Robert G. Long Realty, eventually having offices
in Jefferson, Rock Creek and Ashtabula. In 1994, Bob joined with Coldwell Banker Hunter Realty in Geneva where his
consistant sales and listing leadership brought him to the attention of the then leading real estate company in the state of Ohio: Realty One Inc.
In 1997, Bob started and managed the Realty One office across from the Ashtabula Mall. After building that office to the number one office in the county, Bob moved on to manage the Realty One - Euclid, Ohio office. After returning to Ashtabula county, Bob again managed the Ashtabula office of Realty One and, through merger, briefly the Howard Hanna Office.
Bob joined the Miller Realty Co. of Jefferson because it was a natural fit. An experienced office (Over 100 years in business) with small town values and yet access to all the tools offered by the corporate giants. Bob is an expert on land sales in Ashtabula County and has sold and managed Commercial Real Estate, Residential, and Farm Properties throughout Ashtabula County .
Experienced in Land: contracts, Lease options, short sales, and bank foreclosure properties. Bob has been a real estate appraiser and held a license as a Real Estate Auction House.
Bob grew up in a family of farmers and commercial contractors and has owned a retail store and worked with a consumer loan company.
